Check-in can be done after 2 p.m.
Check-out must be done by 12 p.m.
Early check-in and late check-out should always be requested at the time of the reservation or as early as possible. However, their confirmation is always subject to availability on the desired date, so we can only confirm their possibility on the day of check-in.
These services have an additional cost.
Early check-in:
- Before 8 a.m. you will be charged another rate.
- Between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. you will be charged 50% of another night.
Late check-out:
- Between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., 50% of another night will be charged.
- After 4 p.m. you will be charged for another day.
The buffet breakfast is served every day in the breakfast room.
- In Portugal, it’s served between 7.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m..
- In Brazil, it’s served between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m., monday to friday, and between 6 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. on weekends and public holidays.
Although we love animals, unfortunately our infrastructures in Portugal don’t allow us to take them in.
In Brazil, we have the necessary conditions to welcome your four-legged friends. Pets up to 12kg are accepted at an additional cost.
Our units in Portugal and Brazil do not have extra beds or cots, but children up to the age of 12 can share a bed with the adults.
In hotels like Moov Porto Centro and Moov Évora, we offer room types that allow families to stay more comfortably, with multiple double beds.

In Portugal, children up to the age of 5 do not pay for breakfast. From the age of 6, the breakfast has a cost of 3€.

In Brazil, children up to the age of 6 do not pay for breakfast. From the age of 7, the breakfast has a cost of R$35.
The voltage of the outlets differs between Portugal and Brazil, so please make sure to bring an adapter.

Our reception is open 24 hours a day, all year round, so there is always someone available to welcome you or help you.
We have a luggage storage service, before check-in and after check-out, which allows you to temporarily store your luggage whenever you need it, always subject to the hotel’s availability.
At Moov Porto Centro we also have a luggage storage locker where you can leave your bags safe and sound. It has a locking system where you need to leave a 1€ coin that will be return by the end when you open the locker again.
All hotels have private underground parking.
This service has an additional cost. Please check each hotel’s page, for the daily rate per vehicle. Be sure to book in advance to ensure availability.
We also have an electric charging service in Portugal. This has an extra cost associated with it (to the value of the car park). Payment must be made at the machine available in the parking space.
