Reporting to the Deputy Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming the guest as requested
- Knowing how to serve and treat guests well during their stay
- Check-in and check-out procedures
- Collecting and maintaining accounts
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Making reservations
- Enter the OTAs

- Experience in customer service
