Técnico de Manutenção, M/F
Reporting to the Assistant Director and the Operations Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that the hotel’s facilities are kept in good working condition;
- Carrying out corrective and preventive maintenance throughout the hotel;
- Performing electrical maintenance tasks;
- Working with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems;
- Carrying out plumbing and drainage maintenance;
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in the hotel’s equipment and technical systems;
- Repairing and maintaining painted surfaces, flooring and doors;
- Assessing the performance of technical systems and making adjustments as required;
- Collaborating with other departments (Housekeeping and Reception) on technical matters;
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, safety and environmental regulations.

Profile:

Technical and/or vocational training in a field relevant to Building Maintenance (preferably completed secondary education – 12th grade);

Knowledge of building technical installations, maintenance and water treatment systems;

Knowledge of hotel finishing and repair work (carpentry, painting and flooring);

Familiarity with hotel equipment;

At least 1 year’s professional experience in the same or similar roles

Ability to work effectively as part of a team;

Dynamic and proactive attitude;

Ability to work under pressure and manage stress;

Professional and well-groomed appearance;
