We want you to move and keep to your running routine! We’ve designed maps with the most interesting routes of Porto right from your Hotel, with 3 and 5 kms. Runners of all levels are also encouraged to explore the city in the company of our Running Concierge.

You will love the small details we developed to provide you the best experinece possible as a runner. Moreover, a guided running tour can be the perfect start for your vacation or a great decompression activity after a full day of meetings.

Recommendations

For a relaxed morning training without worries you should not skip breakfast! In addition to good nutrition you should consider taking 5 minutes before your training for a moderatly dynamic warmup routine and, at the end, taking an easy stretch of all muscle groups, not only the legs. You will feel better right away and will also notice it next time you go for a run!

Running will recharge your batteries. It may sound counterintuitive, even more if you’re not a runner, but running will provide more energy than it takes. If you run 30 minutes in the morning you’ll feel more energetic all throughout the day. Running cleans your mind, improves blood circulation and helps eliminate toxins!

Motivation

Do you know what will really keep you accountable regarding your training plan? Another person. Find a running partner that likes training as much as you and meet for an early morning run at least twice a week. You will motivate each other and you’ll have someone to share your small accomplishments with.

Request a free running map at the reception. You can also book a guided running tour in advance (solo or group of up to 5 people) or rent running shoes and other gear by filling out the form or by calling our support line (language is Portuguese or English/minimum 24h in advance)
